- What counts as a monitor?
- One scheduled job with one ping URL and one schedule.
- What happens if I downgrade?
- Nothing is deleted. Monitors over the Free limit keep alerting for 14 days, then you choose which stay active and the rest are paused.
- Can I pay in the mobile app?
- No. The apps have no purchases. Plans are bought and cancelled on the web, through Polar as merchant of record.
- Where is my data?
- Processed in the EU, in Frankfurt. Push goes through Google and Apple, email through ZeptoMail.
