The service

Cronwize alerts you when a scheduled job does not ping on time. It does not run your jobs and does not poll your systems.

What is not promised

The service depends on third parties that can fail. Cronwize does not promise that every job is caught or that the service is always available. The reliability page states the rules the checker follows.

Plans and billing

Plans are bought and cancelled on the web, through Polar as merchant of record. The mobile apps have no purchases. You can cancel from the billing portal at any time.

Downgrades

A downgrade deletes nothing. Monitors over the Free limit keep alerting for 14 days. You then choose which stay active and the rest are paused. If you do not choose, the most recently created monitors are paused first.

Guest monitors

A monitor created before sign-up belongs to a guest account of up to 3 monitors. Guest accounts that are not claimed with an email address are deleted after 7 days.
